Meet the Dental Centre staff

David Pagliero BDS FDSRCS MSc (Implant Dentistry) Specialist in Oral Surgery

David joined the Southwest Specialist Referral Centre team in 2003. He is a Specialist Oral Surgeon with 15 years hospital experience and provides a comprehensive surgical service to the practice on a part-time basis. His services include, but are not limited to, wisdom tooth removal, surgical apicectomies, sedation for anxious patients.

His main area of interest is Implant Dentistry, an area in which he has been actively involved with for almost 10 years now and in 2006, graduated with Distinction from the University of Warwick in their Masters Degree in Implant Dentistry. He is a clinical coach for a major implant manufacturer and was recently appointed as an examiner for the Implant Diploma at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.

In his spare time, he enjoys the leisurely pursuits of golf, tennis and long balmy summer evenings in the company of his colleagues in the Devon Dentists Cricket Team.
